Toubacouta/Joal Fadiouth/ Somone

Joal is the hometown of the poet Leopold Sedar Senghor, also first president of an independent Senegal. After lunch here you will move on to visit the twin village of Joal - Fadjouth, also called the Shell Island Village due to its millet granaries on stilts and famous cemetery established on a shell mound. Continue after this to Somone, and spend the night in Hotel Africa Queen.
